About Sweat : Getting HOT... never looked so good!

Sweat, a Rogers llc was created by Josh and Laura Rogers in 2005 to share a strong passion in living a healthy lifestyle with their community. It is the vision of Sweat to bring knowledge, lifestyle change, commitment and enjoyment of incorporating healthy choices and positive results which only better one's self image. It is Sweat's mission to bring a unique approach in athletic training, focus on relationships with our clients, bring a positive experience to one's fitness pathway, inspire our members and friends with unrivaled energy and provide the finest customer service and fitness knowledge by staying up to date on health trends and breakthroughs. This will allow our clients to achieve their individual potential and success. Our goal at Sweat is to provide the best possible service and personalized programs that will satisfy each client's goals and design them according to their current health, physical condition, and overall lifestyle.

Josh and Laura have implemented a positive environment to help hold their clients accountable. They have found that by incorporating a competitive arena for their clients, they each have tremendous success. During the Sweat Challenges, the contestants are chosen based on application and commitment. They are required to be on the Optimal diet and train at Sweat for the duration of the contest. This accountability is proven over and over to gain the fastest momentum with positive results for each individual. The participants come from all different backgrounds and different goals. Some contestants want to lose 120 pounds and others may need to gain 10 pounds. With the versatile combination of Sweat trainers and the Optimal diet offer can virtually help all clients on their individual aspirations. Each Sweat Challenge lasts 60-90 days. Sweat offers another opportunity for clients to get in better shape. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, the Sweat Boot Camp is held at the Anthem Park and is great for all fitness levels, ages and goals. Please join us this weekend to start the Sweat Boot Camp!
