What is it?

Sweat's Breakfast Club is the newest option for clients to achieve their fitness goals, whether you want to lose weight or tone up.   Offered Monday through Friday from 5:30-6:30 am, you will start your day right, each morning, by getting an intense and achievable workout from the area's best fitness instructors.  If you need someone to hold you accountable, this program is for you!  Sweat's Breakfast Club is designed for all fitness levels and ages (14+ with parental permission), as clients will be split into groups according to their current fitness level.  During the hour, clients can expect to participate in calisthenics, cardio training, circuit training, core and muscle strengthening, weight training, abdominal work and plyometrics.  Please note that is strongly recommended that all clients get a physical from their Doctor before starting a fitness program.

How do I join?

The first Breakfast Club will begin Monday, March 5th at the Anthem Park.  You must submit your online application.  We will contact you within 48 hours to go over all the details of the program and answer any further questions you may have.  We look forward to meeting you and working with you!  You are on your way to the "new you!"

How much?

The program is $225 for 4 weeks.  This is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Clients start on a Monday and their sessions expire exactly 4 weeks from their start date.  Use the sessions or lose them.  This program is for a commitment of 4 weeks.  Full payment is due before the 4 weeks begin for the client.  Included in the 4 weeks is a t-shirt, weekly weigh-ins and nutritional guidance.

What do I bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and running shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.  Bring a sweat towel, water and a great attitude!
