The toning challenge is the located in N. Phoenix. This program is designed for those that are already near or at their goal weight. The goal is to build lean muscle mass and lose body fat. Through weightlifting and proper diet, your body composition will change to creat a very lean physique. Clients are required to attend at least one Sweat Camp, held on Saturdays and Sundays. That is when the weigh-ins take place. You will also be scheduled 3 times a week for training sessions, necessary for your goals. Enter now to get in better shape!
